TacticPower upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or exchange.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:

You will need to obtain a Return Ticket ID or Free Return label before sending your returned item back to TacticPower. Please contact us by email at support@tacticpower.com to receive the return instructions.

Cancellations/Returns

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 1-2 days of placing your order due to our production turnaround policies. If cancelled within the allotted time frame, you will receive a full refund. If you are unhappy with your products received, please email us at support@tacticpower.com to discuss your issue with our customer service team to determine a proper solution.

Our available hours for cancellation or change of address is from Sunday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Easter time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A RETURNED ITEM?

After we receive the returned item, it takes between 1 and 2 days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 2 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

The item MUST be received at TacticPower  WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of receipt of the order from TacticPower . Any items received after (thirty) 30 days from the shipment date will not be accepted for refund. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to, contact us at support@tacticpower.com. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

 

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are more than happy to replace the package and ensure your order makes its way to you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait 14 days before refunding the order in the event that the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our Customer Service Team will be sure to check in on your order periodically throughout the two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.
